Your bus at a glance
What is inside the 20-person bus?
The social cabin brings your group together around lounge-style seating. It is a party layout, so tell us if every passenger needs an individual seat.
Seating and atmosphere
Leather seating, LED and ambient lighting, plus a climate-controlled interior for the journey.
Music and dance area
A powerful sound system and a dance pole form part of the cabin. Agree your music connection before arrival and follow the driver’s instructions on movement during the ride.
Bar and drinks options
A mini bar and cupholders keep refreshments within reach. Request a drinks package and confirm what is supplied in your quote.
A closer look
A social interior for smaller groups
A luxury party bus is about sharing the ride. The inward-facing seating makes conversation easier than a conventional row-seat minibus, while the lighting and music set the mood for the evening.
The 20 seater bus is an option for groups below the maximum capacity too. For 12 or 16 friends, share the exact number rather than booking a larger vehicle automatically. We will check the fit for your plans.
Ask about the assigned vehicle’s seating layout and luggage space before confirming, especially for an airport journey.
Choose the occasion
Where will your ride take you?
Stag and hen celebrations
Bring everyone together before dinner or the next activity. Drinks and onboard entertainment are arranged separately to suit the group.
Birthdays and nights out
Start from an agreed meeting point and finish near your chosen venue. A planned photo stop depends on the route and suitable parking.
Explore the clubbing shuttleAirport arrivals
Send the flight number, landing time, destination and suitcase count. The advertised passenger capacity does not guarantee space for 20 guests with luggage.

Time, route and price
City bookings commonly run for one or two hours. Choose the pickup and final destination first, then discuss any stops. Airport timing is quoted for the agreed transfer and any additional ride.
Your group quote
The price depends on the date, duration, route and selected extras. Request the total booking price and the drinks or entertainment inclusions in writing.
Share the pickup address with us before confirming. A compact bus still needs a suitable stopping point, especially around narrow city-centre streets.
Need more room?
For a larger headcount or a different layout, compare the 30-person party bus or the 40-person Setra with a separate lounge .

20 seater party bus questions
Is the bus suitable for fewer than 20 people?
Yes. The booking is private, so a smaller group does not share with other passengers. Send your headcount and preferred layout when requesting a quote.
Does 20 seater mean 20 individual seats?
The name identifies the vehicle’s passenger-size category. This is a lounge-style party interior. If everyone needs a seat, ask us to confirm the exact seating arrangement for your booking.
Are drinks or a performer included?
Your offer lists the inclusions. Request drinks and professional entertainment when enquiring, and confirm their price and availability before booking.
Is bringing our own alcohol allowed?
Ask for the policy of the assigned bus before purchasing drinks. Do not assume the signature Setra’s drinks policy applies to this vehicle.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Read the payment and cancellation terms supplied with your offer before paying a deposit. Ask us to clarify the notice period and refund conditions for your booking.
