Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed after the agreed deposit or full payment has been received by bank transfer.

Cancellation

No refund is provided for group cancellations within 14 days before the scheduled service.

Delays and no-show

The service may be shortened or cancelled without refund if:

• The group arrives more than 20 minutes late.
• An airport arrival flight is delayed by more than one hour.

Conduct on board

The service may be terminated without refund for intoxication, substance use, inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, disrespect towards staff or partners, or damage to the vehicle or equipment.

Damage

Damage caused must be paid for on the spot in cash. Failure to compensate may result in termination of the service.

Liability

Participants should consider their health and take care of their belongings. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Under-18s

Guests under 18 require adult supervision.

Coordinator

The coordinator assists with arrangements and is not a tour guide or hostess.
