The weekend starts on board
More than a ride to the hotel
Swap separate cars for one shared arrival. Catch up with friends, choose the mood for the journey and make the airport transfer part of the celebration.
Ask about welcome drinks or a beer package when requesting your quote. If a DJ, karaoke or a welcome entertainer is part of your plan, mention it before booking. We will check the right vehicle and availability.
Our signature 40-person Setra has a DJ setup, English and Hungarian karaoke and a separate rear lounge. Its suitability for your airport group depends on luggage and seating needs.

Luggage, timing and your quote
Count the bags as well as the guests
A party bus passenger capacity is not automatically its airport capacity. Suitcases and seating requirements affect which vehicle fits your group.
Tell us the number of cabin bags and larger cases, and mention bulky items or accessibility requirements. Request the seating layout if every guest needs an individual seat.
Read the party bus size guideAgree the transfer and any extra party time
An airport transfer and an extended city party ride have different timing needs. If you want an hour on board or an additional city route, request it explicitly.
Your quote should specify the booked duration, pickup arrangements, destination and selected extras. Do not assume the drive to your hotel includes additional party time.
Request a quote for your arrivalWhat affects the price? Your vehicle, date, group and luggage requirements, destination, booked duration and drinks or entertainment choices. Ask for the total group price and inclusions for your actual itinerary.

Airport party bus questions
Is this a private transfer or a shared airport shuttle?
This is a private party bus booking for your group. You request the whole vehicle and agreed package, rather than individual tickets for a shared shuttle.
Where do we meet the bus at Budapest Airport?
Pickup is arranged outside the terminal. Follow the meeting point and timing provided for your booking, and contact your coordinator once the full group has collected its luggage. Do not assume the bus will be waiting directly outside your exit.
Does the airport package include a full hour of partying?
The duration must be stated in your offer. Tell us if you want a one-hour booking or an extended city ride alongside the airport transfer. Arrival delays, boarding and traffic affect the schedule, so agree how these are handled before confirming.
Are beer, a DJ and entertainment included?
These depend on the bus and selected package. Request your preferred drinks and entertainment and check the confirmed offer for these details. A vehicle with DJ equipment does not by itself mean a DJ performance is included.
Is bringing our own drinks allowed?
Our signature 40-person bus welcomes your own drinks. Policies for other vehicles differ, so confirm the rule for your booked bus. Share any drinks requests with your airport enquiry.
Do you provide hotel or apartment drop-offs?
Send the full address before booking. We will check access for the proposed bus and agree a suitable drop-off. Some streets require a nearby stopping point.
Send your flight. We’ll help with the ride.
