More than the journey
What’s included on our signature Setra
The 40-person party bus brings music, a staffed bar area and space to socialise into one private booking.
Driver, DJ and host
Your driver handles the route, the DJ provides the music and a host helps at the bar. Send favourite tracks ahead or make requests on board.
English and Hungarian karaoke
Pick a song and follow the lyrics on screen. Karaoke is included, so the group chooses when to turn the ride into a singalong.
Lighting, bar and lounge
Turquoise and pink lights, mirrored details, black sofas and a white bar give the cabin its character. A curtained rear lounge offers a separate social space.
One bus, different ways to enjoy it
A party bus for 40 people, with a separate lounge
Some friends want the next song. Others want a seat and a conversation. The rear lounge gives your group both options without splitting the evening between vehicles.
White curtains separate the lounge from the main cabin. It is part of the bus’s total 40-person capacity, with the same onboard atmosphere rather than a soundproof room.
For a smaller group, compare the 30-person party bus. If your headcount goes above 40, explore the 50-person option before booking.
Choose the occasion
City celebrations and group arrivals
Stag and hen weekends
Start the evening together before dinner or a night out. Request the Setra for its DJ and karaoke, with optional adult entertainment arranged separately.
Birthdays and team nights
Build a birthday singalong, a company celebration or a shared ride between venues. Arrange your final stop around the next part of the evening.

Drinks, pickup and your group price
Send your preferred duration and any venue timings. We’ll check the route, a suitable pickup point and the details needed for a complete group quote.
Choose your drinks
Our Setra welcomes your own drinks, or you choose an onboard drinks package. Tell us your preferences so the offer lists the agreed contents and quantities.
Organising a birthday? Bring a cake or ask us to source one by arrangement. Discuss serving needs and any extras in advance.
Agree the route and total
A bus this size needs space to stop, so a narrow hotel street might mean meeting nearby. Photo stops depend on access, traffic and the booked time.
Pricing reflects the date, duration, route and selected extras. Compare packages for your occasion or return to our party bus hire in Budapest overview.
40 seater party bus questions
Does the bus have 40 individual seats?
The maximum is 40 guests across the whole bus, including the lounge. This is a party layout with sofas rather than 40 separate coach seats. Tell us if everyone needs a seat. Our party bus size guide explains what to compare.
Are the DJ and karaoke included?
Yes. The Setra booking includes the driver, DJ, host and karaoke in English and Hungarian. Optional shows and drinks packages are agreed separately.
Is bringing our own alcohol allowed?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own drinks on this Setra. Alternatively, request a drinks package. Mention your choice when enquiring so we plan the bar service.
Does the 40-person capacity include airport luggage?
The guest limit does not establish suitcase capacity. Send the number and size of your bags with the flight details. We confirm the luggage arrangements before you book.
Is smoking or vaping allowed on board?
No. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside. Discuss any planned stops before the journey and follow the driver’s instructions during the ride.
