Terms and Conditions

By booking services with partybusbudapest.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed after a deposit or the full amount is paid via bank transfer, as agreed during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

If the group cancels the booking within 14 days prior to the scheduled program, unfortunately no refund can be provided.

Delays and No-Show

We reserve the right to shorten or cancel the program without refund in the following cases:

  • The group arrives more than 20 minutes late
  • During airport transfers, if the flight arrival is delayed by more than 1 hour

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to terminate the entire program immediately without refund if:

  • Participants are intoxicated or under the influence of substances
  • Participants behave in an inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful manner toward our staff, partners, or representatives
  • Participants cause damage to the party bus or its equipment

Damage and Compensation

Any damage caused to the party bus, its interior, equipment, or related property must be paid for on the spot in cash.


Failure to compensate for damages may result in immediate termination of the program.

Liability

partybusbudapest.com assumes no responsibility or liability for:

  • Any health-related risks
  • Injuries or death
  • Personal belongings left on the party bus
  • All participation is at the guests’ own risk.

Age Restriction

Persons under 18 years of age may only participate with adult supervision.

Coordinator Role

The coordinator’s role is to ensure smooth execution of the program and provide assistance.


The coordinator does not act as a tour guide or hostess.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
